The difference

You've already tried the high-volume clinic.

What you left behind

  • A room shared with six other people
  • Eight minutes, one adjustment, out the door
  • A different provider every visit
  • Driving there, waiting, rescheduling
  • Care that stops when the visit cap does
  • Calling during business hours to book

What Satori is

  • Your space, your schedule, no one else in the room
  • A full 50 minutes of hands-on work, every time
  • One doctor who knows your history and your training load
  • Care that arrives at your door — there is no clinic to drive to
  • Ongoing and preventive, built around how you actually live
  • Book online in about a minute, any hour — or just send a DM
The care

One session. Whatever your body needs that day.

Dr. Brown is a chiropractic physician and a board-certified acupuncturist. A mobile therapeutic session is not a single technique on a timer. It combines chiropractic care, stretch therapy, myofascial release, and acupuncture in whatever proportion your body is asking for that week.

Foundation

Chiropractic adjustment

Full-spine and extremity work, informed by a movement assessment rather than a template. The adjustment is the beginning of the session, not the entirety of it.

Acupuncture needles placed along the neck and upper back during a treatment
Board certified

Acupuncture

For the tension that adjustment alone doesn't reach — headaches, jaw and neck holding patterns, stress that lives in the shoulders.

Cupping marks and acupuncture needles across a patient's upper back
Recovery

Cupping, stretch & myofascial release

Decompression and soft tissue work for the thoracic spine, hips, and lats after heavy training, long flights, or a week of desk hours. Often the piece that makes the adjustment hold.

How it works

Three steps, and the last one repeats.

01

Request a visit

Pick a time online in about a minute, or send a note first if you'd rather talk it through. No calling during business hours.

02

Your first session

Seventy-five minutes: a full history, movement assessment, hands-on treatment, and a written plan built around your desk, your travel, and your training.

03

Ongoing care

A standing appointment on your calendar. No rebooking, no phone tag, no starting the conversation over each time.

Your doctor

Dr. Serena Brown, D.C.

Dr. Brown is a chiropractic physician and board-certified acupuncturist, trained at the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois, with five years in practice — one of the few programs in the country that teaches chiropractic and acupuncture side by side.

That dual training is the reason a Satori session looks different. Instead of choosing a single tool and hoping it fits, she can adjust, stretch, release, and needle in the same session, based on what she finds that day. And because she practices concierge, she has the hour to spend.

The name

Satori — Japanese for spiritual awakening, enlightenment, and a deeper awareness of oneself.

I chose the name Satori because true wellness is about more than relieving pain — it is about creating harmony between the mind and body. In today's fast-paced world, many people spend so much time caring for others that they forget to care for themselves.

At Satori Chiropractic & Wellness, my goal is to create a space where patients can slow down, disconnect from the demands of daily life, and reconnect with themselves. Through chiropractic care, acupuncture, movement, and wellness guidance, I help patients find relief, restore balance, and experience a moment of stillness in a world that rarely slows down.

Questions

Before you book.

Do you take insurance?
No — and that's deliberate. Insurance is what forces clinics into eight-minute visits and visit caps. Satori is cash-pay, which means the length and content of your care is decided by you and Dr. Brown. Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
Where do visits take place?
Satori is mobile only — there is no clinic to drive to. Dr. Brown comes to your home, office, hotel, or outdoors, anywhere within 15 miles of Sunrise, Florida. Beyond that radius, a travel fee applies; just mention where you are when you book. A portable table and everything needed for a full session comes with her. All you need is about eight feet of open floor.
What's actually included in a session?
A 50-minute mobile therapeutic session: assessment, chiropractic adjustment, and whatever else your body calls for that day — acupuncture, cupping, stretch therapy, or myofascial release. Because Dr. Brown is credentialed in all of it, there's no referral out and no second appointment. First visits run 75 minutes to allow for a full intake.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most first visits are scheduled within a few business days. Members with a standing appointment have same-week availability and can text directly when something comes up.
I'm not injured. Is this still for me?
Yes — most patients here aren't. They're managing desk tension, travel, and a real training load, and they want care that keeps things from becoming an injury in the first place. This works best as maintenance, not rescue.
Can I book without calling?
Always. Book directly online in about a minute, or send a note through the form below or a DM on Instagram if you'd rather ask first. Either way, no phone tag and no business-hours-only window.
